About this role
$1,500 Bonus on Your Very First Paycheck – Proven Steel & Coil Flatbed Drivers Needed!
Company solo regional flatbed hauling steel, pipe, and coil. Non-forced dispatch – most drivers stay within 4–6 states and get consistent weekend home time. Late-model automatic trucks assigned to you – take them home.
Pay & Benefits
- $1,500 bonus paid on your first Friday paycheck
- 27% of every load – average $1,400–$1,600 gross weekly
- Top earners who stay out longer hit $1,800 – $2,000+
- $40 per tarped load
- $50 layover after 24 hrs
- $16/hr detention after 2 hrs
- Safety / clean inspection bonus
- $300 weekly non-taxed per diem
- Rider & pet program day one – no fees
- Full medical, dental, 401k with match after 30 days
- Home every weekend
Requirements
- Minimum age 22
- Minimum 12 months verifiable flatbed experience in the last 5 years
- Proven steel, pipe, or coil securement experience required (coil drivers = huge plus)
- Proficient with straps, tarps, chains & binders (40-50% loads tarped)
- NO DUI/DWI - None in the past 5 years
- Zero Clearinghouse violations – clean record only
- Must pass pre-employment urine drug screen (no exceptions)
- Clean MVR preferred – everything reviewed case-by-case
