As we launch and scale our funds, we are seeking an experienced investor relations and fundraising professional to play a pivotal role in raising capital, cultivating investor relationships, and establishing the systems that will drive our long-term success.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Overview&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Flexible Schedule:</strong> This position offers a flexible schedule of Monday through Friday, with start times between 6-9am PST and end times between 3-6pm PST, depending on your start time (a full 8-hour day must be worked). Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4am PST - <strong>Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.</strong></li> <li><strong>Location Requirement: </strong>This position can be either fully onsite or fully remote (for those not local to the greater Bellevue, WA area). Travel may be required for this position.</li> <li><strong>Compensation Package</strong>– <ul> <li><strong><u>$350,000 - $500,000+ / Year </u></strong></li> <li>Other Compensation: Annual Bonus</li> <li>Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employer pays 85% of employee’s premium.</li> <li>401k contribution opportunity with an annual company match.</li> <li>Paid sick leave accrual equivalent to 1.33 hours for every 30 hours worked (~11 days per year).</li> <li>Paid vacation starting at four weeks and increasing with tenure.</li> <li>14 paid holidays, including 2 personal holidays of your choice.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>* The above compensation is a range.
