The Enterprise Applications Support Officer provides direct support to the SVP, Enterprise Applications Director by assisting with a wide range of tasks related to the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Bank’s core and ancillary systems. This role is responsible for managing user access to key platforms such as ImageCentre, Digital Administration Tool (DAT), Business Service Tool (BST), and others, while also maintaining IBS bank control for applications including CIS, Deposits, Loans, Deposit Origination, and Service Request Manager. The Support Officer collaborates with the Director to deliver end-user support, participate in new product development, and assist with the implementation of FIS solutions. This position plays a vital role in ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant application operations across the enterprise.
Hourly Wage: $38.46 - $52.89
