What You'll Do: 

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating)
  • Pass medications and monitor resident conditions
  • Support residents with dementia with compassion and respect
  • Assist with mobility, activities, and maintaining a clean environment
  • Communicate with residents, families, and team members
  • Document care using computers, iPads, and electronic charting systems

What You'll Need:

  • Must be 17 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • CNA or TMA certification is NOT requiredwe will train the right candidate
  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
  • Complete at least 12 hours of annual in-service education and all required training.
  • Proficient in using technology, including the resident charting system.
