What You'll Do:  

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents at Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community
  • Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being 
  • Contribute to care planning and evaluations 
  • Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans 
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop personalized care plans 


What You'll Need: 

  • Active Wisconsin LPN License
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • 1 year of LPN experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting required
  • Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
