This role supports clients and caregivers across Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties, including the Lake Country area and Eagle/Mukwonago communities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on client support and in-home care as needed
  • Conduct monthly client visits and quality audits to ensure high standards of care
  • Advocate for clients by identifying needs and working with the scheduling team to ensure proper caregiver coverage and training
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for caregivers to align with client expectations and care plans
  • Assist with coordination between clients, caregivers, and office staff
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support client and caregiver needs
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation related to client satisfaction and care quality

Schedule & Availability:

  • On-call rotation required
  • Includes weekend rotation and holiday coverage
  • Flexible availability needed to support both clients in the field and caregiver/scheduling needs

What You’ll Need:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience in hands-on client care, preferably with seniors
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Comfort working both in-home and with office/scheduling teams
