What You'll Do:

  • Provide essential support and personal care to clients in their homes
  • Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life at home
  • Assist with daily living activities, including:
    • Bathing
    • Dressing
    • Grooming
    • Meal preparation
    • Medication reminders
    • Light housekeeping
    • Companionship
  • Mentor, train, and coordinate employee schedules to support both clients and office staff


What You'll Need: 

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience in managing or supporting caregivers
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
  • Candidates for this position MUST live in Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Delafield, Mukwonago, or Eagle, WI
