Must be able to work with clients within Waukesha and Milwaukee counties, including the Lake Country Area and Eagle/Mukwonago Areas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide essential personal care and in-home support to clients
  • Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, including:
    • Bathing
    • Dressing 
    • Grooming 
    • Meal preparation
    • Medication reminders 
    • Light housekeeping 
    • Companionship 
  • Mentor, train, and support caregivers, including assisting with new staff onboarding and ongoing training
  • Coordinate and assist with employee scheduling in collaboration with the office team
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with another Lead Caregiver to support client needs and caregiver training
  • Attend in-office meetings one day per week to support scheduling and operational alignment

Schedule & Availability:

  • Flexible, client-need-based schedule
  • Includes on-call rotation, weekend rotation, and holiday coverage
  • Must be available to support both clients in the field and training/scheduling needs
