What You'll Do: 

  • Stay current on food service regulations, trends, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain compliant meal service and nutrition systems
  • Manage menus, purchasing, and vendor contracts cost-effectively
  • Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Address resident and family feedback and support care planning
  • Hire, train, and develop staff for strong team performance
  • Pursue ongoing education and collaborate with a Registered Dietitian

What You'll Need: 

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
  • Certified Dietary Manager (enrolled or graduate) with current state and food handler certifications
  • 2–3 years of management/kitchen experience; LTC preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations and standards
  • Skilled in problem-solving, budgeting, and systems management
  • Proficient in MS Office; organized, flexible, and team-oriented
