What Does a Retail Team Member Do Anyway?
- Greet and interact with customers
- Operate the register when needed
- Help keep our sales floor clean and attractive to our customers
- Share information about our charity partners and our mission with our customers
- Assist customers with questions and concerns
- Lift up to 15 lbs.

Retail Team Member – Part Time
America’s Thrift Stores is hiring friendly, energetic Retail Team Members to deliver great customer service while keeping our store stocked, organized, and looking its best. This hands-on role includes assisting customers, running the register, restocking and merchandising, and performing light to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) throughout the day. If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a positive impact in your community, we’d love to meet you!
Flexible availability for mid-shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
