About The Position
The Corporate Counsel (Commercial Transactions) position will draft and negotiate a broad spectrum of agreements, ranging from straightforward to highly complex, and covering procurement of equipment, supplies, and services, construction of new infrastructure, and ongoing operation of Ameren's utility infrastructure. The position will also collaborate with Ameren's business teams to proactively address and resolve challenges encountered throughout the contract lifecycle.

The Corporate Counsel position will follow a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week at Ameren's headquarters located in St. Louis, Missouri.

Compensation Range:
$134,700.00 - $208,800.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
