- $21.35-$26.69 hourly

Responsibilities

Performs skilled nursing services under the supervision of an RN.

Assists patients in learning self-care techniques.

Assists physician and RN in performing specialized procedures.

Communicates current health status and needs of patients to the RN and other staff.

Performs on call responsibilities and services to patients/families.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current LPN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
- Current CPR certification.
- Less than one year of clinical LPN experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and required liability insurance.
