The Software Project Manager leads cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions by driving execution, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
• Guide and support Agile teams through the full software delivery lifecycle, ensuring smooth sprint execution, clear priorities, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain an end-to-end project plan that reflects realistic timelines, dependencies, and team commitments across development, testing, deployment, and customer readiness.
• Ensure tasks are clearly defined, owned, and executed in alignment with the product vision, sprint goals, and overall project objectives.
• Provide visibility into project progress, risks, and blockers through transparent communication, dashboards, and regular ceremonies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Identify risks early, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure teams have what they need to deliver on time and with quality.
• Promote and implement Agile best practices, tools, and processes that improve team efficiency and delivery predictability.
• Partner closely with product managers, architects, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth cross team integration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience managing software development projects, ideally in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams, including senior stakeholders.
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Software Project Manager, or similar role in a software/IT/Telco environment is a strong advantage.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
• You’ll be the central point of coordination, helping teams deliver meaningful software that directly impacts customer satisfaction.
