Supports and administers the company’s global equity programs, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and exceptional employee service while partnering closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Legal.

What will your job look like?

Equity Plan Administration

  • Administer global equity plans including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, ESPP, and other long term incentive programs.
  • Process equity transactions (grants, vesting events, releases, exercises, cancellations, terminations).
  • Maintain accurate, timely data in the equity system (e.g., Shareworks, ETRADE, Fidelity, Computershare).
  • Reconcile data between HRIS, payroll, the broker platform, and Finance systems.

Reporting & Reconciliations

  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for HR, Finance, Accounting, and executives.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reconciliations and equity expense reporting.
  • Assist in forecasting equity expense, dilution, and plan utilization.

Compliance & Controls

  • Support SOX-compliant processes and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to equity plan rules, tax obligations, insider trading guidelines, and corporate policies.
  • Assist with audit requests and equity-related year end processes.

Employee Experience & Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding equity awards, vesting, transactions, and taxation basics.
  • Help prepare communication materials, FAQs, and training to enhance employee understanding of equity.

Projects & Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to improve processes and strengthen operational efficiency.
  • Support system enhancements, data audits, equity cycle activities, and special projects such as reorganizations or M&A

All you need is...

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or related field.
  • Experience in data analysis, including interpreting complex datasets
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with employees globally.
  • Advantage hands on experience in stock administration or equity compensation.
  • Advantage Familiarity with major equity systems (e.g., Shareworks, ETRADE, Fidelity, Computershare).
