In one sentence

We are looking for a social communications professional who lives and breathes social media, trends, and innovation — someone passionate about crafting content, leading communities, and shaping conversations across corporate and leadership channels. 

Work in close collaboration with the Customer Business Unit (CBU), Global Marketing, and Product Business Units (PBUs) to build a balanced and effective strategy that addresses divisional as well as corporate growth goals. Define, implement, and manage the overall marketing strategy and programs within the APAC region in line with the regions' sales growth objectives.

What will your job look like?

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for Amdocs corporate channels and leadership social communities in India.
  • Create compelling content, including posts, articles, thought leadership, and analytics-driven campaigns.
  • Manage social listening, audience engagement, and community growth across relevant platforms.
  • Support data analysis to measure social impact and optimize content performance.
  • Lead project management for campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Promote Amdocs and its leaders as industry thought leaders through innovative campaigns, social media initiatives, and digital storytelling.
  • Collaborate with PR, creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams to amplify impact and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Share relevant industry insights internally to educate, inspire, and foster engagement across employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and market research, insight, and strategy team to run campaigns relevant to your market
  • Generate customer workshops, Amdocs-specific conferences, and participate in local/regional industry events and organizations.
  • Localize & contextualize content, including customer references, case studies and thought leadership stories

All you need is...

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, PR, media, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or communications in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Deep knowledge of social media trends, channels, and best practices.
  • Technical knowledge of project management and social listening tools.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Experience managing communities, engaging with audiences, and growing online networks.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating across matrix organizations and building relationships across teams and cultures.
  • Experience supporting leadership communications, including preparing presentations and reports for executives.
  • Passion for communications, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • A complete marketer with knowledge and understanding of telecom business, communications service providers’ business and ecosystem, content marketing, marketing events, data-driven outbound and inbound campaigns, sales process, communications--social media, PRs, influencers, understanding of B2B sales cycles and account-based marketing.

  • Wiling to work on a Dayshift, Hybrid schedule and set up (3x per week onsite; 2x work-from-home); Location: BGC, Taguig / Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Local Hiring only in Manila, Philippines.
