In one sentence

As a Sourcing Manager, you will own and drive strategic supplier partnerships, delivering optimal cost, quality, and value across Amdocs’ global corporate services.

What will your job look like?

• Lead end-to-end procurement and contracting activities, from supplier pre-qualification to contract closure.
• Manage tenders, negotiations, and commercial decisions to achieve the best total cost of ownership.
• Partner closely with global Amdocs teams to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions.
• Implement global category strategies while building deep expertise in your spend areas.
• Monitor global supply markets, competitors, and innovations to stay ahead.
• Identify and deliver cost-reduction and value-creation opportunities.
• Conduct supplier due diligence and lead selection processes (CBA).
• Own procurement agreements and support the full P2P lifecycle.
• Provide clear reporting on savings, risks, and procurement performance.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders as a true business enabler.

All you need is...

• Bachelor’s degree (LLB, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Technology or similar) – mandatory
• 5+ years of hands-on procurement experience, ideally as a senior procurement specialist
• Proven ability to execute procurement strategies at regional or global level
• Strong experience in commercial and technical negotiations
• End-to-end contract management expertise
• Excellent English communication skills, with a proactive, adaptable, and people-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in Marketing, HR, Professional Services, or SaaS categories
• CIPS or equivalent procurement certification
• Exposure to GenAI tools for procurement automation or prompt engineering
