In one sentence

As the CBS Financial Analyst Expert, you will act as a finance partner to the Region Execution Manager, delivering financial analysis, efficiency opportunities and actionable insights. You’ll track key metrics like Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Expense to Revenue (E2R), monitor staffing plans, conduct offering-level P&L reviews, and present monthly updates to senior leadership.

What will your job look like?

1. Serve as the primary finance partner to the Region Execution Manager, supporting regional financial planning, analysis, and insights.
2. Track internal efficiency metrics and KPIs for the region, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Expense to Revenue (E2R).
3. Monitor regional staffing metrics such as headcount, position approvals, and hire plans in alignment with business needs and cost targets.
4. Conduct offering-level P&L analysis and support quarterly business reviews.
5. Prepare and present monthly financial updates to leadership, highlighting key takeaways and actionable recommendations.
6. Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support evolving business needs.
7. Facilitate S&OP processes and ensure alignment between revenue, demand and staffing.
8. Support system alignment and drive process standardization across finance operations.

All you need is...

1. 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
2. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (master’s preferred).
3. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
4. Proven ability to engage with senior management and proactively deliver financial insights and business recommendations.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial planning tools.
