In one sentence

Be the key engineer to design/draft the copper/fiber network as per customer standards by maintaining the quality. Guide and support to the team and work as a team player.

What will your job look like?

• Performs all aspects of OSP engineering for fiber projects according to customer requirements and guidelines.  
• Copper knowledge along with Fiber is the key requirement for this role.
• Serves as Copper/ Fiber network expert, provides mentorship/knowledge transfer to team members.
• Provide best route planning to support construction requirements.
• Ensures customer network access is reliable and highly maintained.
• Attaches fiber/copper cables to poles and place underground cables according to construction requirements.
• Identifies and executes permit plan requirements according to local authorities in multiple jurisdictions
• Perform all tasks as assigned by quality audits team.
• Provides high quality delivery of all assigned tasks within timeline.

All you need is...

• B.Tech in any Engineering or equivalent ; or
• Diploma in any Engineering or equivalent
