We are seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) for the CEO's office. This position is a one-year maternity leave replacement. We are looking for a dynamic professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and can ensure seamless executive operations. This is an excellent opportunity to be at the center of strategic decision-making and to contribute to the success of one of the world’s most innovative companies.
• Calendar & Time Management:
o Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and seamless coordination of meetings, events, and engagements..
• Communication & Coordination:
o Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
o Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Travel & Logistics:
o Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
o Ensure seamless support during the CEO’s business trips.
o Assist in organizing executive events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
• Confidentiality & Discretion:
o Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and judgment.
o 3+ years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, preferably in large-scale organizations.
o Proven ability to support senior executives with complex schedules and external interactions.
o Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
o Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
o High level of professionalism, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.
o Bachelor’s degree preferred.
