What will your job look like?

  • Monitor and analyse production systems to ensure reliability and performance stability.
  • Respond to production incidents, perform triage, escalate to appropriate teams, and implement mitigation solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to set up monitoring, alerting, and scaling capabilities during product delivery lifecycle.
  • Support peak business periods through on-call or office presence as needed. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders during incidents and operations.

All you need is...

  • Hands-on experience in Cloud Operations and a solid understanding of L1/L2 support workflows for production systems
  • Monitor and analyse production systems to ensure reliability and performance stability.
  • Respond to production incidents, perform triage, escalate to appropriate teams, and implement mitigation solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to set up monitoring, alerting, and scaling capabilities during product delivery lifecycle.
  • Support peak business periods through on-call or office presence as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders during incidents and operations.
  • Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (Any of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure monitor, Azure App Insights).
  • Strong Linux/Windows systems knowledge and command-line proficiency.
  • Ability to automate processes using scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.).
