About the Role
Join Amcor’s Regional PrePrint team as a Junior Product Development Specialist and help transform customer ideas into best-in-class packaging solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in developing and industrializing new packaging launches, sustainability initiatives, and quality improvements. You’ll gain exposure to diverse projects and work in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support PrePrint organization in administrative and financial processes.
- Coordinate simple product development tasks and manage related documentation.
- Create bills of material in ERP systems and maintain project data.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Participate in internal improvement initiatives and simple packaging projects.
What we’re looking for
- Technical degree (completed or in progress) or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience in administrative, coordination, or project management roles.
- Fluent English and communicative Polish.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
