Amcor Flexibles Packaging, leader mondial sur le marché des solutions d’emballages flexibles, recherche pour son site de Dijon son/sa futur(e) Chargé de Mission HSE.
Le Chargé de Mission HSE aide au pilotage des actions visant à l’amélioration de l’Environnement, de la Santé et de la Sécurité au sein de l’entreprise. Il participe au processus « Maintenir et Développer les Equipements et Infrastructures » en suivant nos infrastructures et en adaptant notamment les projets confiés à la réalité industrielle de notre site.
Missions principales :
Sous la supervision du Responsable HSE, le Chargé de Mission HSE (H/F) travaillera en horaire de journée et aura pour principales missions de :
- Piloter des sujets HSE issus de la DREAL et CARSAT
- Piloter des sujets HSE issus du groupe (racks, ségrégation chariots piétons…)
- Piloter des sujets HSE issus des audits ISO 14001/45001
- Réaliser la mise à jour documentaire : documents système, affichage HSE
- Créer des affichages, des supports de communication et notamment de revoir le parcours accueil des nouveaux embauchés
- Suivre le plan d’actions HSE D039 et d’en assurer l’animation
- Suivre la veille juridique et assurer la conformité du site
- Consolider les KPI HSE
Compétences recherchées :
- Polyvalence dans les domaines Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement
- Connaissance des référentiels ISO 14001 et 45001
- Connaissances des environnements industriels
- Être rigoureux, organisé et autonome
- Exemplarité opérationnelle
- Esprit d’initiative et d’innovation
- Esprit d’équipe
Profil recherché :
- Expérience de 3-5 ans en milieu industriel
- Formation avancée dans le domaine QHSE

What you'll do
- The Chargé de Mission HSE will assist in managing actions aimed at improving Environment, Health, and Safety within the company. They will also participate in maintaining and developing equipment and infrastructure, adapting projects to the industrial reality of the site.
