Key job responsibilities
- Data analysis with tools like Excel (Pivot)(Macro/Powerbi - Added Advantage).
- Data extraction and analysis through SQL and scheduling quality KPI jobs
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Can lift, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 11 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Work 50 hours/week, and overtime as required.
- Manage and skill development of frontline workers and process associates to drive quality initiatives
- Ensuring inventory food safety and danger goods compliance

A day in the life
· Daily/ weekly/ monthly Research activities: Data mining and understand the reasons for Quality Defects
· Prepare and publish daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on inventory quality (IRDR/ Large adjustments/ Unmatched X, Top20 reports/ HRV adjustments etc)
· Bin Management and control (creation/addition/deletion/bin locks)
· Conduct daily training and also will be responsible to conduct daily skill huddles
· Driving Quality trainings and initiatives to frontline associates
· Stand-in for Process Associate and the Area Manager

About the team
We as a Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team will be the stakeholder for operations for maintaining pristine inventory and ensuring quality KPIs for utmost customer satisfaction Basic Qualifications: - 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Excel Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
