Leadership and communication are central to this position, as you'll facilitate planning and implementation meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, expectations, and next steps. Your detail-oriented approach will be evident in capturing and distributing comprehensive meeting notes that drive accountability and follow-through on actions and decisions.

Quality assurance is a critical component of your role, including reviewing and approving audit mechanisms and documentation. You'll work closely with internal teams to track weekly installation opportunities and develop creative workaround solutions when facing project delays or design challenges. The position involves hands-on participation in acceptance testing, where you'll evaluate systems installation quality, safety protocols, throughput, and performance qualifications.

Your expertise in Amazon's safety, mechanical, electrical, and controls installation standards will be invaluable as you support and train fellow engineering team members.
