Key job responsibilities
The US Non Sort Finance team seeks a Finance professional to partner with the Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams, and to drive an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights across US Non Sort. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers, coordinate initiatives that span across multiple organizations and stakeholders with high visibility to senior leadership. About the team
This role will partner closely with a broad range of leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology. This role plays a critical role as a financial advocate and business partner. This role will design, develop, and maintain performance measurements and reporting on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
