The American Association for Continuous Education is an international organization that specializes in providing continuous medical education for healthcare professionals.

Due to our expansion, we are looking for a passionate and driven creative Medical Manager with a strong medical background to join our Gyne team. If you have experience in marketing within the healthcare or medical industry and are looking for the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!

Position: Medical Manager 
Location: Nasr City, Cairo.
Experience: 2 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for medical products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and medical experts) to ensure alignment with brand and product goals.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to help inform marketing strategies.
Prepare and manage marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals.
* Support in organizing events, webinars, and product launches.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Vet or related field.
2 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.
Solid understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry dynamics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
* Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
