Tanggung Jawab:
- Mencari dan merekrut calon agen AmarthaLink baru.
- Menjelaskan manfaat dan cara kerja AmarthaLink kepada calon agen.
- Membantu aktivasi dan penggunaan aplikasi AmarthaLink.
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan agen yang sudah bergabung.
- Memantau dan mendorong agen agar aktif bertransaksi.
- Melaporkan hasil kerja dan pencapaian target ke atasan.
- Bekerja di lapangan untuk mencapai target akuisisi dan transaksi.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma
- Pengalaman minimal 6 bulan sebagai marketing/sales akuisisi di bank, telco, retail, atau FMCG
- Menguasai area penempatan
- Mampu menggunakan MS Excel / Google Sheet
- Siap kerja lapangan dengan coverage area seluruh Bengkulu Selatan
- Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan sim C aktif
- Mendapat take home pay 4.550.000
- Insentif setiap bulan tergantung pencapaian
