Software Development Manager (C# and .Net)
Summary of the role
The Development Manager coordinates and supports the work of multiple development teams, helping them deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with company, domain, and product priorities.
In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities
- Support and coordinate multiple development teams to ensure work is prioritized, well‑defined, and aligned with company and product goals.
- Enable clear, two‑way communication between development teams, domains, and leadership to ensure shared understanding and timely information flow.
- Guide operational support activities, including support rotations, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Support people‑related activities such as interviewing, onboarding, performance conversations, and professional development in partnership with team leads.
- Contribute to solution design and delivery by providing high‑level estimates, proposing technical approaches, reviewing code, and supporting automated testing where needed.

About the ideal candidate
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or equivalent experience.
- Extensive professional experience in C# (C‑Sharp), .NET (Microsoft .NET framework), and SQL (Structured Query Language), including work on enterprise‑level system
- Experience working in agile development environments and balancing people leadership with hands‑on technical contribution
- Practical experience supporting, coaching, and developing others through regular feedback and performance discussions
- Experience with modern software practices such as Application Programming Interface (API) design, automated testing, and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Familiarity with cloud‑deployed solutions such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS), microservice‑based architectures, and web frameworks like Angular or React.
