Summary of the Role
Join Amadeus as a Frontend Software Development Engineer and help create intuitive, high-performing user interfaces for enterprise solutions in the travel technology space. You’ll work with modern frameworks, collaborate across teams, and contribute to innovative products that enhance the traveler experience.
In This Role You’ll
Design and implement key features using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js), HTML5, and CSS3.
Collaborate with DevOps, Product, Operations, and QA teams to analyze requirements and deliver seamless user experiences.
Develop reusable components and front-end libraries to improve efficiency and maintainability.
Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, implementing automated strategies to ensure quality.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
About the Ideal Candidate
6-9 years of experience in frontend development with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred), HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong focus on quality and testing, including automation of critical cycles.
Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners and communicate challenges clearly.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices.
Bonus: Experience in travel or airline technology and exposure to airline reservation or revenue management systems.
