Summary of the Role

As a Senior C++ Developer, you will design, build, and optimize high‑performance applications while contributing to cloud‑native development on Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor less experienced developers. Exposure to emerging areas such as AI, agentic AI, or prompt engineering is welcome.

In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable C++ applications using modern C++ practices.

• Build and enhance cloud‑native solutions on Microsoft Azure, participating in system design and architecture discussions.

• Optimize application performance, multithreading, and resource usage; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

• Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and product teams; contribute to knowledge sharing, code reviews, and best‑practice adoption.

• Explore new technologies in cloud and AI domains, and support skill development across the team.

About the Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of professional C++ development experience with strong knowledge of modern C++ (C++11/14/17 or later).

• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, system design, multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service) and familiarity with Linux/Windows environments.

• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Preferred exposure to AI/ML, agentic AI, prompt engineering, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), scripting languages, or distributed systems.
