About Your Business Area/Department:

The Billing Value Stream (BVS) within the Ordering & Billing Solutions (OBS) organization plays a central role in delivering, evolving, and supporting Amadeus’ global billing capabilities. The BVS drives the end-to-end‑ product vision for billing solutions and ensures their reliability, integration, and scalability across business units. It operates on a modern ecosystem and complementary platforms enabling robust Order to ‑Cash‑ flows used worldwide.

Summary of the role:

As a SAP Business Analyst dedicated to the NORAM Local Billing solution, you will play a key role in maintaining and evolving a highly customized SAP ECC platform that supports complex contracting and billing processes across US and Central America markets.

You will work at the heart of NORAM’s end to end billing ecosystem—covering SAP SD and custom billing logic.

Your mission will be to ensure stable operations, deliver functional enhancements, support billing cycles, and help drive NORAM’s transformation roadmap.

You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams and contribute to SAFe ceremonies within the Billing Value Stream, helping NORAM maintain accuracy, auditability, and operational continuity in a high volume, business critical environment.

In this role you’ll:

·  Understand the NORAM SAP ECC billing and contracting landscape, including custom logic and integrations.

·  Gather and document business requirements for billing, pricing, incentives, and reporting changes.

·  Design functional solutions aligned with NORAM’s customization and billing rules.

·  Support monthly billing cycles.

·  Collaborate with cross functional teams to secure smooth operations.

·  Participate in PI planning and agile ceremonies within the Billing Value Stream.

·  Provide L3 functional support.

About the ideal candidate:

• You bring solid SAP SD/ECC functional experience, ideally within complex or highly customized billing environments.

• You communicate clearly in English with technical and business stakeholders and can translate needs into actionable requirements.

• You are comfortable mapping processes and understanding end-to-end data flows.

• You have strong problem-solving skills and can navigate both standard SAP features and custom enhancements.

• You thrive in collaborative, cross functional setups and enjoy working in agile teams (SAFe experience is a plus).

• You are proactive, detail oriented, and capable of managing several topics simultaneously without losing focus.

• You understand the importance of data integrity, auditability, and process discipline in financial and billing systems.

• You are adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working within evolving platforms.
