Job Title
As a Project Management Office (PMO – Project Management Office) Associate, you’ll help bring structure and clarity to project delivery across the organization. You’ll support consistent project practices, track progress, and help ensure projects contribute to agreed business goals while meeting scope, timelines, and budget expectations.
Help establish and maintain project management frameworks, governance practices, and ways of working.
Track project progress, budgets, timelines, and key milestones across multiple initiatives.
Support early identification of risks and issues, contributing to mitigation and resolution activities.
Assist with resource and capacity planning by coordinating needs across projects and teams.
Review project outcomes and contribute ideas to improve processes and ways of working.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, including advanced features for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to share updates with different audiences.
Comfortable working across several projects while staying organized and detail‑focused.
