Job Title
As a Platform Product Manager, you will shape the strategic direction of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) services—covering authentication, access control, administration, and fraud‑detection capabilities. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to align product evolution with organizational needs, improve value delivery, and ensure a consistent and secure experience across Amadeus solutions.
In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities
Define the long‑term vision and strategic goals for CIAM products, ensuring alignment with customer experience, accessibility, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, Security, Legal, Strategy, Operations, and R&D to gather and document requirements, refine product positioning, and support business case preparation.
Partner with R&D teams to confirm solution feasibility, value, reusability, and alignment with CIAM strategy; support product overviews, presentations, and demos for varied audiences.
Engage with internal and external customers to understand needs, analyze market trends, gather feedback, and refine product roadmaps and investment priorities.
Shape high‑level product roadmaps, prepare investment cases, and track strategic KPIs such as adoption, cost‑to‑run, and customer satisfaction to guide continuous improvement.
Around 10+ years of experience in complex, global, or matrix environments, preferably in technical product management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical concepts within identity, access, or platform services.
Experience in strategic planning, product alignment, budgeting, and investment framing.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills across diverse teams.
Customer‑focused mindset, with the ability to integrate market insights and user feedback into product direction.
Demonstrates accountability, adaptability, proactive leadership, and strong analytical reasoning.
Experience in travel or technology infrastructure domains is beneficial.
