Summary of the Role

Join our Global Storage Engineering Team for Amadeus Cloud Platform. As an Azure Storage Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage Azure storage solutions to meet organizational needs and deliver high-quality performance.

In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Azure storage solutions to align with organizational requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure storage-related issues, collaborating with stakeholders as needed.

• Design and configure data replication and disaster recovery solutions using Microsoft Azure.

• Automate storage solutions using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

• Ensure operational quality, including stability, security, compliance, and cost optimization through Financial Operations (FinOps) strategies.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Experience with Azure Storage, including Azure Files, Azure NetApp Files, Azure Blob, and Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3).

• Experience with Azure Managed Disks, Azure networking concepts, and public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.

• Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Bitbucket, as well as incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Good collaboration, coordination, and communication skills (proficiency in English); able to take initiative and work independently when needed.

Optional Certifications

• Relevant certifications in Azure, cloud technologies, or automation tools are considered an advantage.
