Specific Accountabilities
Technical Excellence
Establish and promote best practices for code quality and secure coding through reviews, guidelines, unit testing, and refactoring.
Encourage adoption of methodologies such as Agile and DevOps and recommend improvements to development tools and environments.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess tools to avoid duplication.
Continuous Improvement
Recommend enhancements to components and strategies for managing technical debt.
Suggest improvements to engineering processes for better delivery.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
Support positive team culture and continuous learning through coaching and mentoring.
Participate in community events and help design and deliver training programs.
