Summary of the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our IBS Engineering team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain SAP-based planning and reporting solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration across teams.
In This Role You’ll
Develop and enhance SAP solutions based on business and technical requirements, following best practices.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely fixes.
Define and execute test scenarios to ensure solution reliability.
Maintain accurate documentation for all developed objects.
Monitor and optimize existing solutions for performance and efficiency.
About the Ideal Candidate
6–9 years of experience in SAP planning projects, including implementation and operations.
Extensive experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) Embedded and SAP Business Warehouse for HANA (BW4HANA).
Proficiency in ABAP programming for BW and experience with planning objects such as aggregation levels and planning sequences.
Familiarity with reporting tools like Analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in diverse and remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of HANA modeling and SQL.
Experience with SAP Datasphere, Snowflake, or Power BI.
SAP certifications (BW, BPC) are welcome but not mandatory.
Experience with Agile methodologies; SAFe certification is welcome but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools for automation or reporting insights.
