Summary of the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to manage and perform complex onsite hardware deployments and integrations for our organization. This role involves providing technical expertise in managing, supervising, and training teams to install Amadeus electromechanical products, including Auto Bag Drops, KIOSKs, E-Gates, Biometrics, and other customer-funded projects.
In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities
Site Management: Act as a Site Manager to build hardware systems on-site and integrate solutions for Amadeus clients.
Supervision: Oversee contracted installation staff.
Planning: Plan and approve installation plans and timelines.
Site Setup: Plan site setup and maintain safe working practices.
Technical Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on installing and commissioning Amadeus Self Service Products and Services.
Design Interpretation: Interpret electrical and mechanical designs.
Development: Develop installation methods and documentation for new products.
Prototyping: Build and review hardware prototypes.
Training: Deliver training to staff and subcontractors to ensure services are delivered with high quality.
Quality Assurance: Maintain quality assurance across all products deployed on-site.
About the Ideal Candidate
Experience: Proven experience in managing complex onsite hardware deployments and integrations.
Technical Skills: Strong technical expertise in Amadeus electromechanical products, including Auto Bag Drops, KIOSKs, E-Gates, and Biometrics.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve the hardware or electrical problem during the site installation.
Leadership: Ability to supervise and train teams effectively including 3rd parties.
Planning and Organization: Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage site setups and installations.
Safety Focused: Commitment to maintaining safe working practices on-site.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in interpreting designs and developing installation methods.
Quality Driven: Dedication to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
