Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and filter changes. Identify and troubleshoot process problems related to machine functionality, material flow, and part quality. Monitor and record machine parameters to ensure consistent production output and adherence to quality control standards. Assist with mold changes, including cleaning, inspection, and proper installation. Maintain accurate production logs and documentation. Work collaboratively with production team members and engineers to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste and downtime. May be required to lift and move materials weighing up to [weight limit]. Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. QualificationsQualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with horizontal injection molding. Proven understanding of plastic processing principles.
