
We’re looking for a hands-on recruiter to support hiring across both technical and non-technical roles, including engineering, data, product, sales, marketing, and operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we hire as we grow — bringing structure where needed while staying agile and deeply candidate-first.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Talent Acquisition
Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across the U.S.
Hire for roles including, but not limited to:
Software Engineers, Data Engineers, SREs, Architects, Machine Learning Engineers
Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functions
Sourcing & Candidate Experience
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, personal networks, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Deliver a high-quality, transparent, and respectful candidate experience
Act as a strong brand ambassador for Altimate AI
Process & Operations
Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and hiring decisions efficiently
Help improve and scale recruiting processes appropriate for a growing startup
Partner with HR and Operations on offers, onboarding handoffs, and documentation
Track hiring metrics and provide insights to leadership as needed
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work directly with founders and senior leaders on priority hires
Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation expectations, and hiring strategy
Balance speed with quality in a fast-moving product environment
