Hourly pay rate: $24.84-$27.04
A little about this job:
- Supervises lift operators in the operation of the lifts in an assigned area.
- Maintains department and company standards with a high attention to detail.
- Conducts mid and end of season employee evaluations.
- Investigates / documents lift and employee incidents as required. Prepares necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicates relevant topics in daily morning meetings.
Requirements:
- Must include a resume as part of your application.
- High school graduate or equivalent experience.
- One season in lift operations.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
- Strong writing skills.
- Must be flexible with weekly schedules and daily start times.
- Must be proficient in skiing / snowboarding in variable conditions.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
