Position Overview
The Administrator, Office Support serves as the initial point of contact for CMH guests. This position is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, overseeing the reception area—including deliveries and walk‑in visitors—and providing administrative support through data entry, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment. The role also plays a key part in assisting the Guest Services team by managing guest bookings from the time a deposit is received onward, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
The Administrator, Office Support handles the processing of waivers, payment entry, confirmation communications, accurate maintenance of guest profiles, and general departmental support.
