About this role

Azienda operante nel settore informatico ricerca un/una Segretario/a da inserire nel proprio organico.
La risorsa si occuperà della gestione delle attività di front office e del supporto operativo ai team aziendali, contribuendo al corretto svolgimento delle attività d’ufficio.

Mansioni principali

Gestione e archiviazione di documentazione e pratiche interne;

Smistamento delle richieste e delle comunicazioni via email e telefono;

Supporto operativo ai team aziendali;

Gestione delle attività di front office e accoglienza.

Requisiti richiesti

Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore;

Ottime competenze informatiche (uso professionale di Microsoft Office e gestione autonoma della posta elettronica);

Buone capacità organizzative e relazionali;

Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team;

Precisione e serietà;

Preferibile esperienza pregressa in attività di segreteria, in studi professionali o realtà strutturate.

Offerta e Benefit

Contratto di apprendistato di 6 mesi, prorogabile;

Percorso di formazione retribuito;

Orario di lavoro full-time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.
