Studio privato di consulenze per imprese e professionisti, seleziona un/una Receptionist per attività di front office e supporto amministrativo. La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della struttura per il potenziamento dell’organico esistente.

Mansioni principali:

Accogliere clienti, fornitori e collaboratori presso la sede

Gestire le comunicazioni in entrata e il loro smistamento interno

Supportare la redazione e l’elaborazione di documenti contabili

Collaborare alla gestione amministrativa e organizzativa delle attività interne

Requisiti richiesti:

Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore

Conoscenza operativa degli strumenti informatici di base (Word, Excel, email)

Precisione nella gestione delle attività quotidiane e documentali

Capacità di relazione con il pubblico e buona organizzazione del lavoro

Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla comunicazione in contesto professionale

Offerta e benefit:

Contratto a tempo determinato iniziale di 12 mesi, con possibilità di proroga a tempo indeterminato

Orario di lavoro: full time, dal lunedì al venerdì
