About this role

Azienda operante nel settore grafico-editoriale ricerca un/una Addetto/a all’amministrazione e contabilità per la gestione delle attività commerciali e di marketing.

La risorsa selezionata verrà inserita all’interno dell’ufficio amministrativo e si occuperà delle principali attività di segretariato e dei servizi generali aziendali.

Attività:
Inserimento e verifica delle presenze/assenze dei dipendenti all'interno del gestionale
Attività amministrative e contabili di registrazione e verifica fatture
Gestione dei report settimanali su giacenze di magazzino e avanzamento ordini

Requisiti richiesti:
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
Attitudine all’ascolto
Buone capacità analitiche e organizzative
Attitudine al lavoro in team
Buone doti relazionali
Precisione e accuratezza

Offerta:
Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi rinnovabile
Orario di lavoro full time, dal lunedì al venerdì.
