Description du poste
En vue des activités de recrutement prévues, la DRI souhaite renforcer ses équipes sur Toulouse avec un Chargé de Recrutement en stage.
Au sein de l’équipe recrutement et en interface directe avec les managers opérationnels, vous participez à toutes les étapes de notre processus de recrutement :
• Définition des profils ingénieurs recherchés avec les business managers.
• Gestion du processus de recrutement (mobilisation de outils et moyens pour diffuser les annonces, identifier des candidatures, sélection des profils, réalisation des entretiens téléphoniques, mise en rendez-vous avec les business managers).
• Suivi de votre vivier de candidats.
• Reporting de votre activité.
Selon l’activité, vous serez amené à intervenir et participer aux actions de relations écoles, forums et salons pour présenter les opportunités d’Alten.
Qualifications
Vous êtes en cours de validation d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou d’un Master 2 avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines, vous souhaitez acquérir une première expérience en recrutement sur des profils techniques ou dans la fonction commerciale, idéalement au sein d’une société de conseil en ingénierie.
Excellent communicant, vous avez un réel sens de l’organisation, des priorités, et êtes extrêmement réactif pour intervenir sur un marché concurrentiel et mener plusieurs projets de front. Vous faîtes preuve d’un excellent sens de l’écoute ainsi que de très bonnes capacités d’analyse. Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et les différents supports de recrutement notamment l’utilisation des réseaux sociaux.

What you'll do
- The Recruiter Business Partner will participate in all stages of the recruitment process, including defining engineer profiles and managing recruitment activities. Additionally, the role involves candidate follow-up and reporting on recruitment activities.
