Description du poste
Pour renforcer son pôle Naval, la Direction des compétences et practices du groupe ALTEN recrute un Ingénieur bureau d'études mécanique, sous la responsabilité du Chef du Projet.
Missions principales
- Elaborer les plans de réseaux et assurer l’implantation de ces plans au sein de la maquette globale
- Participer aux phases d'avant-vente en analysant les besoins clients et en élaborant des réponses techniques en collaboration avec la Direction de Projet et la Direction Commerciale
- Intervenir en tant que référent technique sur des missions d'expertise
- Former et accompagner l'équipe ALTEN
- Assurer la transmission des méthodes et des bonnes pratiques
- Contribuer à la capitalisation des compétences et au développement des connaissances au sein de la communauté métier
Qualifications
Formation / Expérience
- Diplôme d’ingénieur ou Master (Bac+5) en Génie Mécanique ou Architecture Navale.
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en bureau d’études appliqué aux structures navale.
Compétences techniques
- Connaissance approfondie des structures navales et de la coordination de réseaux au sein des navires
- Maitrise d'un outil CAO et PLM
- Cahiers des charges, performances attendues et normes en vigueur
- Connaissances en PID, électricité et CVC
Qualités personnelles
- Sens de la structuration des filières métiers, capitalisation et partage des connaissances
- Appétence pour la formation, le coaching et le mentorat
- A l’écoute et orienté client
- Curiosité et veille active sur les nouvelles technologies et les enjeux du secteur

What you'll do
- The main responsibilities include developing network plans and ensuring their implementation within the overall model, as well as participating in pre-sales phases by analyzing client needs and providing technical responses. The engineer will also act as a technical reference for expertise missions and will be responsible for training and supporting the ALTEN team.
