Description du poste
Pour renforcer son pôle défense, la Direction des compétences du groupe ALTEN recrute un ingénieur spécialisé en production série, sous la responsabilité du chef de projets.
Missions principales
- Garantir et suivre le niveau de qualité, de fiabilité et de maturité des produits tout au long du cycle de production
- Garantir la conformité aux dossiers de production des produits livrés
- Assurer et piloter les plans d’actions des traitements des faits techniques
- Proposer et mettre en place des actions d’amélioration de son produit tout au long du cycle de production (définition, qualité, couverture de test…)
- Contribuer à la compétitivité du RC en analysant
- les écarts et améliorant l’efficience,
- les propositions d’améliorations (internes & fournisseurs)
- Etablir les bilans de capitalisation pour les RIP afin de les injecter dans les développements.
- Manager le retour d’expérience tout au long du cycle de production du produit.
- Proposer et participer à l’évolution du produit en phase de développement avec les RIP dans le cadre de nouvelles études
- Contribuer au traitement des obsolescences en lien avec les ingénieries matérielles et systèmes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les méthodes tests pour l’optimisation des logiciels et bancs de tests (cohérence amont/aval sur les stratégies de test)
Qualifications
Formation / Expérience
Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) génie industriel
Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en industrialisation produits et/ou dans le secteur électronique
Compétences techniques
- Compétences en électronique, micro-électronique, hyperfréquence et bancs de tests
- Bonnes connaissances dans les outils de résolutions des problèmes (8D, PDCA, DMAIC, QRQC, 5 pourquoi.)

What you'll do
- The engineer will ensure the quality, reliability, and maturity of products throughout the production cycle and manage technical issue resolutions. They will also propose improvements and contribute to product evolution during development phases.
