Description du poste
Pour renforcer nos équipes caennaises, nous recrutons un ingénieur spécialisé en Méthode industrielle (F/H).
Missions principales
- Exprimer les préconisations industrielles pour la conception des nouveaux produits
- Intégrer les évolutions des produits/nouveaux produits dans l’outil de production
- Analyser les impacts sur les lignes de production
- Piloter les performances sur le terrain
- Sécuriser le démarrage série
- Réaliser les études de temps
- Traiter la documentation liée aux Process
- Faire les demandes d’outillage
- Piloter le planning industriel par rapport aux planning projets
- Rendre compte et remonter les points durs aux chefs de projets industriels et responsables hiérarchiques
- Présenter les évolutions produit process aux équipes série méthodes, qualité et fabrication avant l’introduction en série
Qualifications
Formation / Expérience
- Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) spécialisé en méthode industrielle
- Une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine industriel serait un plus.
Compétences Techniques
- Maitrise de Catia ou Solidworks
Qualités personnelles

- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Méthodique, organisé et autonome
- Vous êtes motivé et avez soif d'apprendre

What you'll do
- The engineer will express industrial recommendations for new product designs and integrate product changes into production tools. They will analyze production line impacts and ensure secure series start-up.
