Description du poste
Le périmètre de l'Est, qui couvre la Moselle, l'Alsace et la Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, est en plein essor. Nous accompagnons cette dynamique en intervenant sur des secteurs clés tels que l’énergie, le transport terrestre, l’aéronautique et la logistique. Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Industrialisation (H/F) dynamique et rigoureux pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez en charge d'optimiser et de déployer les processus de fabrication en assurant leur conformité aux exigences de qualité, de coûts et de délais.
Vos principales missions seront :
Définir et mettre en place les processus d’industrialisation des nouveaux produits
Optimiser les outils et méthodes de fabrication pour améliorer la productivité et la qualité
Collaborer avec les services R&D, production et qualité pour garantir la faisabilité industrielle
Réaliser des analyses et proposer des améliorations continues des processus de fabrication
Assurer la mise en conformité des processus avec les normes en vigueur
Participer à la résolution des problèmes techniques et proposer des solutions innovantes
Qualifications
Diplômé(e) d une école d ingénieur ou d'un master en génie industriel, mécanique ou équivalent, vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience en industrialisation ou méthodes dans un environnement industriel.
Vous possédez les compétences et connaissances suivantes :
- Maitrise des outils d’amélioration continue (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Process de fabrication et gestion des outillages
- Maitrise des logiciels CAO/DAO et des ERP de gestion de production
- Excellence opérationnelle

What you'll do
- The engineer will be responsible for optimizing and deploying manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and time requirements. Key tasks include defining industrialization processes for new products and collaborating with R&D, production, and quality teams.
