Description du poste
- Planifier et piloter les activités du domaine mécanique/structure sur les périmètres concernés
- Définir les concepts techniques et réaliser les premières architectures 3D dans le respect des objectifs QCD
- Piloter les livraisons 3D et assurer la cohérence de la définition produit
- Réaliser les études de conception et d’intégration des sous-systèmes internes
- Assurer le rôle de lead technique sur la structure et l’intégration mécanique
- Piloter et participer aux RMF et RMS
- Réaliser ou piloter les calculs mécaniques préliminaires : statiques, linéaires/non-linéaires et dynamiques
- Lever les risques liés à l’analyse modale (body comfort), aux interfaces mécaniques et aux soudures
- Piloter les maquettes physiques et intégrer les retours design
- Définir et piloter les études de tolérancement et chaînes de cotes
Qualifications
- Formation ingénieur en mécanique / conception (Bac+5 ou équivalent)
- Minimmum 3 ans d'expérience en conception mécanique et intégration de systèmes complexes (ferroviaire, automobile, aéronautique)
- Expérience en rôle de lead technique appréciée

- CAO : CATIA V5 / V6 (3DEXPERIENCE)

What you'll do
